Winter Colours
I am in awe of the northern lights. One of my first paintings was an attempt to paint these lights. Watercolour has it's own life which is fitting, as we don't control the light show on a cold winter night, we can just sit back and watch the movement. Winter Days are equally amazing, the glow of the sky reflected in the snow, the sparkle of snowflakes, the shadows in a glistening icicle.
Whether sky or snow, winter glows and it's a joy when I can capture that in my painting.
